BARBS BOOTCAMP
Barbs Bootcamp is now fully online! Classes are run on Zoom and also recorded and made available for anyone who can not attend a session.
Bootcamp consists of four total body, equipment-free workouts per week, plus weekly progress reports, and monthly check-ins.
In addition to access to the zoom app participants receive access to a private Facebook group for additional support.
Participants also receive free access to my app, recipes, readings, and more.
ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
You are unique and therefore so should your workout. In one on one training, we will cater each session to your individual needs to guarantee results.

Getting Stronger With Calisthenics
This program uses bodyweight exercises to increase strength. The program is set up for 5 days a week alternating between lower and upper body, with the fifth day focusing on solely core strength. Each workout takes approx. 30 minutes.
Low Impact Strength Training
Low impact strength training is a variation of getting stronger with calisthenics designed for clients with limitations such as injuries, chronic joint issues, or women who are postpartum or pregnant.

Total Body Fitness
Totally Body Fitness offers 4, 45-minute workouts per week. Each workout is total body. The objective of this program is to cover all aspects of fitness including strength training, cardio/conditioning, stability, and mobility.

Low Impact Weight Loss
This program is a variation of total body fitness designed for clients with limitations such as injuries, chronic joint issues, or women who are postpartum or pregnant.

Conditioning Level 1, 2, or 3
Conditioning level 1-3 focuses on increasing both muscular and cardiovascular endurance. This 3 day a week program can be done on its own or is a great addition to strength training. Workout duration varies depending on the day and level.
Level one is beginner, level 2 is for intermediates, and level 3 is for advanced clients.

Move Better, Feel Better
This total body program focuses and mindful movements. It is a great program for eliminating pain and increasing your active range of motion. It is made up of 5 20-30 minutes sessions each week that are entirely equipment free.
Eliminating Back Pain
Eliminating Back Pain is a program designed with the intent to eliminate spinal discomfort by stabilizing the core and hips, as well as increasing the active range of motion in the spine. It includes daily 20 minutes workouts that include both mobility and stability drills all focused on taking pressure off the spine.
Happy Hips
With Happy Hips, you can strengthen and stabilize your hips while increasing flexibly through daily 20 minute workouts. This is an equipment-free program focused around mobility and stability of the pelvic floor and hip joint.
Glute Gains level 1,2,3
Glute Gains is all about increasing the butt strength. The program is a combination of activation and strength drills focused on the 3 glute muscles. The program includes 4 workouts a week. Workout duration varies from 20-45minutes.
